If you are not satisfied with the performance of a product purchased from SST, or if you have received the wrong item, we will gladly review your request for a refund or replacement in accordance with the terms outlined below.
- Requests must be made within 15 days from the invoice date.
- Any discrepancies between the order and items received must be reported within 2 days of delivery; otherwise, returns cannot be accepted.
- Products must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Faulty Returns
- Acceptance of non-faulty returns is at the sole discretion of SST management.
- Returns must be pre-approved in writing and requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Goods must be unopened, with the manufacturer’s seal fully intact and in resalable condition.
- A restocking fee of 25% or more will apply for all non-faulty returns, unless the error was on our part.
- Returned products must include all original components, manuals, software, and warranties in perfect condition.
Faulty Items Under Warranty
- If you believe a product is faulty, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
- You will need to provide: order number, date of purchase, and product serial number.
- Once verified that the item is under warranty, our support team may attempt troubleshooting via phone or remote assistance.
- If unresolved, we will issue an RMA number for return. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and tested:
- If repairable, it will be fixed and returned.
- If not repairable, a replacement product will be issued (replacement may be new or equivalent to new in performance and condition).
Easy Return Process
- Submit a Return Request Form to obtain an RMA number (must be within 15 days of delivery).
- Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
- Package the item securely in a strong shipping box. We recommend insuring the shipment and using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex with proof of delivery.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (not on the original manufacturer’s packaging).
- Ship the package to the provided return address. Items sent to an incorrect address may result in delays or rejection.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
Important Notes
- Returns received without a valid RMA number or after the RMA expiry period will be refused.
- RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.
- Any damage, missing accessories, or tampering with the original packaging may result in additional fees or rejection of the return.
Damaged Shipments
- If you receive a carton with visible shipping damage, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
- If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, contact us right away to arrange an inspection and replacement.
Restocking Fee
SST reserves the right to apply a 25% or higher restocking fee in cases such as:
- Damaged or incomplete original packaging.
- Opened or broken manufacturer seal.
- Missing accessories, manuals, or components.
- Unauthorized returns without an RMA number.
Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
