1. General Terms

By placing an order with Smart & Sustainable Technologies LLC, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all sales and services provided by SST, whether through our Website or direct purchase.

2. Prices
  • All prices displayed on the Website are regularly updated (weekly, excluding public holidays).
  • Due to the dynamic nature of the technology industry, product prices, availability, or manufacturer promotions may change before updates appear online.
  • In case of a price change after your order, we will contact you for confirmation or cancellation.
  • SST reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Product Information & Warranty Disclaimer
  • While SST strives for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, or photos are completely error-free.
  • Photos may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • SST provides no warranty of its own; only manufacturer warranties (if applicable) apply.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
  • All warranties are strictly limited to those provided by the manufacturer.
  • SST disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • SST shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or failure of a product.
  • This limitation applies even if SST was advised of potential risks or damages.
6. Returns & Exchanges
  • Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.
  • Products returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

7. Claims & Governing Law
  • Any disputes or claims against SST shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Legal venue for claims will be within the UAE.
8. Credit Card Authorization
  • By placing an order, the Customer authorizes SST to charge their credit card for product costs, shipping charges, restocking fees, or other applicable costs.
