The Nokia 472580A (variant .101) is an enterprise/comms-grade hot-pluggable SFP+ optical transceiver module built to support high-speed optical links in telecom and data-centre networks. It uses a 1310 nm DFB laser transmitter and PIN photodiode receiver on single-mode fiber (SMF), supports data-rates in the multi-gigabit range (e.g., 3.072 Gbps to 6.144 Gbps) and distances up to approximately 15 km under specified optical budget conditions.
