The Intel Xeon Silver 4314 is a powerful 3rd Gen Xeon Scalable processor built on the Ice Lake-SP architecture. It features 16 physical cores and 32 threads, offering a base frequency of 2.40 GHz and a turbo boost up to 3.40 GHz. With 24 MB of L3 Smart Cache and support for advanced technologies like Hyper-Threading and Intel Turbo Boost 2.0, it delivers high efficiency for multi-threaded workloads.

Designed for dual-socket servers using the FCLGA4189 socket, the Silver 4314 supports up to 6 TB of DDR4-2667 ECC memory and 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes, allowing high-speed connectivity for enterprise-grade storage, network, and GPU resources. With a thermal design power (TDP) of 135 watts, it balances performance with energy efficiency.
