Description

The Finisar FTLX1413M3BCL is a high-performance 10GBASE-LRM SFP+ optical transceiver built to support 10 Gigabit Ethernet over existing multimode fiber infrastructure. Operating at a 1310 nm wavelength, it enables reliable transmission distances of up to 220 meters over FDDI-grade, OM1, or OM2 multimode fiber, making it ideal for enterprise networks and data-center upgrades where legacy MMF cabling is already installed.

This module uses a DFB laser transmitter and a receiver with electronic dispersion compensation (EDC) to maintain signal integrity over MMF. It is hot-pluggable, power-efficient, and supports full DOM/DDM digital diagnostics, allowing real-time monitoring of temperature, voltage, laser bias current, and optical power.

Compliant with SFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3aq (10GBASE-LRM) standards, the FTLX1413M3BCL ensures excellent interoperability with switches, routers, and network interface cards.
