The Finisar FTLX8571D3BCL is a high-performance 10GBASE-SR SFP+ optical transceiver designed for short-reach 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity in data centers and enterprise networks. Operating at 850 nm, it uses a high-speed VCSEL transmitter optimized for multimode fiber deployments.
This module supports transmission distances of up to 300 meters on OM3 and up to 400 meters on OM4 multimode fiber, making it ideal for top-of-rack, end-of-row, and aggregation switch connections. It is hot-pluggable, power-efficient, and fully compliant with SFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ae standards.
With integrated DOM/DDM diagnostics, network administrators can monitor temperature, voltage, laser bias current, and optical power in real time to ensure reliable and stable network operation.
