The Cisco 4-Port Voice Interface Card with FXS & DID is part of the Cisco family which provides the broadest line of solutions for transporting data, voice and video while ensuring that networks both public and private operate with maximum performance, security, and flexibility. The VIC3-4FXS/DID is engineered to work with both the Cisco 1751 and 1760 series of routers and designed to provide Foreign Exchange Station (FXS) and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) on a single card. It supports four active DID ports on the Cisco 1751 router, and enables users to access eight active DID ports when it is used in conjunction with the Cisco 1760 router. This card operates as an FXS voice port that connects to a standard telephone or fax machine.
